Canon is stepping up their game and it’s time to no longer think of them as an older brand. Watch out Instax! The Ivy CLIQ is new and the picture quality is amazing! This camera is bringing a whole new element to the brand and opening doors for a more enhanced digital experience.
When I found out that Canon came out with an instant print camera I knew I had to check it out. Let’s take a deeper look into why I highly recommend the Canon Ivy CLIQ.
This camera is so impressive! I have found the perfect camera to keep your selfies on point. With a square mirror on the front, it will have you looking flawless in those selfies. Instant print cameras were so much fun when I was a kid, so I really enjoyed watching Kaila take selfies and teaching her how to use the camera. It definitely brought about some childhood memories and was a fun way for us to bond together and teach her something new.
Did I mention that you can instantly print the pictures! How fun is that? The girls think it is the most amazing thing ever to get the photos right away and I have to agree. I think this opens up a new fun way to scrapbook with Canon. You can go on a trip and instantly have the photos right in your hands. Do you love to journal? Just stick it on your journal and write about the memory that you just had. If you are a visual person like me, then you will love having this as an option for journaling or scrapbooking. With the CLIQ, you can instantly print a 2×3 photo on Zink Paper. The photo paper has a sticky back which allows you to place these pictures wherever your heart desires.
The CLIQ retails for $99 and comes in some really great colors including Seaside Blue, Bumble Bee Yellow, Lady Bug Red and Mint Green. The color that I have is Mint Green and I think it is absolutely gorgeous!
It has a memory card slot so you can store the photos and revisit them later. The memory card is sold separately, but highly recommended if you want to have the option to revisit the photos digitally.
Another option is the Canon Ivy CLIQ+. This upgrade comes with a large 2″ selfie mirror with an 8 LED ring light for great looking selfies. There is also an option to connect your smartphone to the Canon Mini Print app via Bluetooth. For editing you can use fun AR filters and add effects, frames, text, and stickers to your 2 x 3 peel-and-stick photos!
