Oh motherhood! I will be the first to say that 2020 has really stretched me when it comes to being a mom. Somehow I was juggling full time mom, home school teacher, part time job and wife. Holy cow! It has been such a roller coaster. We got a short break from the homeschooling, but it is about to start up again on the 5th. I will be completely honest with you. We have been here since March. The only time that the kids or I leave the house is to go get food and even then, we rarely leave the car. We call this our little “field-trip.” My husband has been the one going out to the store for us so we limit exposure.
Since we can’t do much outside of the house, it is important for us to have variety in areas that we can control. One of the areas where our family enjoys having variety is with meals and snacks.
